How It Works

1.Buyer chooses “Secure Agent Payment” at Google Form

  • Buyer pays through SellKaro (amount is safely held in escrow).

2.Seller ships/delivers the product

  • Seller is notified that payment is secured.

3.Buyer verifies the product

  • Once the buyer confirms they received and are satisfied with the product, SellKaro releases the payment to the seller.

4.Dispute protection

  • In case of an issue (product not delivered or mismatch), SellKaro steps in to resolve disputes.

Charges

Secure Agent Fee: Small service fee (If order value above ≥ ₹10,000 → Flat ₹1,000

If order value Below< ₹10,000 → 10% of the order value)
