Platform Usage

• Sell Karo is a classifieds platform allowing users to post, list, buy, and sell goods and services.

• Sell Karo does not own or directly sell any items listed on the Platform and acts only as a facilitator.

• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and refrain from posting prohibited, fraudulent, or misleading listings.

• You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

Prohibited Content & Listings

You agree not to post, list, upload, or share any content that:

• is illegal or promotes illegal activity

• is false, deceptive, or misleading

• infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

• is offensive, abusive, or promotes hate speech

• includes personal data of others without their consent

• violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates these Terms.

Payments and Fees

• Standard listings on Sell Karo are free.

• Certain premium features, such as featured listings, may carry a fee.

• All payments, if applicable, must be made through approved payment methods listed on the Platform.

• Sell Karo does not handle or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers directly.

User Obligations

• You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy, condition, and quality of any product or service listed or purchased through Sell Karo.

• You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party, and Sell Karo bears no liability for transactions between buyers and sellers.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, tax requirements, and other regulations related to your use of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Sell Karo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sell Karo provides the Platform on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of user-generated content or user interactions. You agree that Sell Karo will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sell Karo, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, or if your conduct harms Sell Karo or its users.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
